Welcome to Classes with Tina Steele Penn, Instructor in Voice and Performance and Visual Art.

Tina teaches painting and drawing in graphite, oil, watercolor, acrylics, oil pastel etc. Teaching all aspects of visual art execution.  Form, balance, compostion, complimenatary colors, color mixing, brush techniques.  Her focus is on "how to" techniques which enable anyone to learn to draw or paint.  She says, "Very few people are born to draw. The rest of us can learn to draw and paint if given the right kind of guidance and instruction". 

Tina teaches also Voice and performance at Tosco Music Studio:  Offering instruction in Singing, Voice and Vocal Performance, Music Theory, Sight Reading, and Learning to Sing in Harmony.  She  teaches Children's Graded Choirs at the  Harris YMCA  for ages 3 through 13
